Subsequently and upon written consent and accept of the scholarship the fellows will be forwarded formal invitation letters for their visa requirements.

The training program is taking final shape. The first week of the 5-week program will take place at The Department of Water Resources Development and Management (DWRDM), Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, Uttar Pradesh, India. The second and third week will take place in Dehradun, Uttaranchal, at Centre for Soil and Water Conservation Research and Training Institute (CSWCRTI) and Indian Institute for Remote Sensing (IIRS), respectively. The fourth week will be hosted by the College of Agricultural Engineering (CAE), Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, Punjab, India and for the fifth week, the participants will return to IIT, Roorkee.
