Please use the following link to download an easy to use MS Word Template for your technical Project Report, due as your project reaches the end of its contract with the CPWF.
You will have already received the Style Guide (which is Appendix 2 of the CPWF Publications Guidelines) attached in an email from the CPWF Project Manager, Lalith Dassenaike, along with the Project Report contents outline and proforma (which is Section 2.1 of the CPWF Publications Guidelines).
This Template has been created to help you meet the Style Guide and Contents requirements of your Project Report. However, if necessary, please adjust the Template to meet the idiosyncracies of your particular project.
If you have already formatted your Project Completion Report without using the Template, don't panic, please simply use the Cover Page and Acknowledgements page (the first two pages of the Template): just fill them out and and insert them into your report. Easy.
When you have finished your Report, it will become one in the CPWF Project Completion Report series.
If you have any questions about the template or its use, please contact CPWF Communications Consultant, Tuppy McIntosh.
You are required to use the CPWF logo in your CPWF Project publications and presentations, as outlined in the CPWF Publications Guidelines.
The logo consists of both the image and word mark. Do not crop, distort or cut the logo without permission of CPWF. For screen use, the logos should be displayed in GIF format. Please use lossless compressions only (GIF, TIFF wth LZW) - not JPEG.
